Due to the nature of Shroom Beauty Co. products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges to ensure the safety and quality of our products.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@shroombeautycompany.com. We will gladly provide a replacement or store credit.
In the case of an error with your order, such as receiving an incorrect item, please reach out and we will correct the error as soon as possible.
Refunds are only issued in cases where a product is deemed defective or damaged and cannot be replaced. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
